Default tree stands

I was looking a some two man ladder stands on cabelas. I want to get a couple more for the 2010 season and do not like the walmart cheapo I bought this year. It just seems cheaply made and weak. I saw some of the ones on cabelas have side rails on the ladder does this make them stronger? Or is it just a waste of money and extra weight?

I would suggest the big game stands, I have 3 of them (executive, big buddy, and partner pro)......they are very sturdy and I have not had any issues so far. the partner pro is the most comfortable of the stands I have, and the platform is huge.

The one I have is new made by remington not ameristep. It has less support and less teeth on the tree because only the bottom has the tree fork. Sucks IMHO

I've hunted from the Partner Pro and that stand is unreal. The platform is MASSIVE and it is like the rock of Gibraltar up in the tree. I would spend the extra money and get a stand that your can be confident in, and also that will last a long time. My brother's Partner Pro is now 7 years old and looks just like it did when we put it up.
