Default Things are looking up in NY

Went out this morning for a few hours, I should still be sitting there. But with having a bad back and no snacks, I had to leave. But, things are looking up I saw 7 deer this morning. 3 of them where behind me in someone else's field. I figured as soon as the got closer to me they would wind me, as that was the way the breeze was blowing. There where 2 doe and a small spike. Then right after that, a doe came out in front of me. She was about 70 yards away, and heading my direction. Something had her attention below, she kept looking down. She got to about 60 yards and then turned and took off to the left , I even got it on video. Then when I was walking back to the SUV I heard a doe bleat. But they spotted me and took off. Then I get 40 yards from my Mountaineer, and another one takes off I may not have got a deer today, or even a shot, but I saw deer, and that made it for a great morning Maybe the rut is finally kicking in around here, and the full moon is also about gone Things are looking up in the town of Vetran......

You're right, you should be on stand right now. I know that's where I'd be if I didn't already kill a buck. Note the time on the pic.

My back doesn't allow me to sit for to long, I just get to sore. things are looking good tho, thats for sure. Will go sit in another stand in the morning, depending on wind direction.
