Default Am I too late??

I still haven't seen a deer and today I'm going to go in and pull my stand. Now my question is, should I go down to where I found 3 scrapes at or should I try moving out to the big fields and sit in the one corner??

Any help would be awesome.

Thanks guys.

Ryan.

Scrapes are always nice to hunt this time of year. But if you have alot of does and they travel through that corner alot I would probably sit there. Almost all of my stands are in corners.

Are the scrapes in a good spot?
Are the deer frequenting the field often and using the corner you want to set in?

I'd say you should honestly put way less stock into the sign you find, and look for where the deer WILL be, and not HAVE been. With the rut kicking in, I'd try and find a spot to be between two doe bedding areas, and set up so you can get in there easily, and have the wind in your face.

We ended up going to the field corner. I put my cam up and we'll see what that does. Gonna leave it out for 2 days because the batteries are more than likley going to be dead. Hopefully it gets some good pictures.

Ryan.
