Default Removing stuck arrows???

I have a Cabelas foam deer target, and the legs attach with two plastic cups male/female that twist and lock. I have shot a few arrows just a tad low (shoulder shot) and they hit these plastic cups. This in turn locks the cups so you cant get the leg off and you cant get the arrow out either. Anybody have a technique for removing an arrow stuck in plastic. My field points are rounded and fatter than my arrow shafts so it locks the arrow in. I was able to get one out by drilling holes around the shaft but it was not an easy task. Any advice would be appreciated. I know....stop shooting low but everyone makes a bad shot once in awhile, especially while trying different distances and angles.

Maybe you can keep turning the arrow until the feild point comes unscrewed then you can can just pull the arrow out. You'll lose a feild point but you'll have your arrow back.
