Default IOWA GUYS; are you ready??

Guys and girls, I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!! I have a pocketful of doe tags for Boone and Davis Counties, and am holding out for a monster buck this year. Pope and Young isn't big enough, I want a Booner this season with my bow!! I will use my late season muzzleloader tag for a bow buck too. Hope this wind goes away soon!!!

I'm taking Thursday off for the opener and NWS says a 50% chance of showers, I'm going anyway! There's a 50% chance it won't rain.

Good luck!!! I have to work Thursday and Friday, but will be able to hunt late afternoon til dark...my favorite time anyway, except during the 1st week and 3rd week in Nov, then I like to be in a tree ALL day as they are moving all day.

Heck yes i'm ready. I'm tired of shooting foam.
Won't be able to get out until sat. evening, helping with a youth duck hunt in the am.

I drew an Iowa tag this year and will be hunting with my brother in northeast Iowa. Can't wait. Oct. 31-Nov. 7th. Should be a blast.

I'm heading out Thursday morning, supposed to be a cold one Wednesday night. If the rain doesn't roll through till Thursday evening it should be a nice morning hunt.

Gotta work Thursday and Friday but I'll be out with the grandson on Saturday and Sunday at Lake Manawa looking to put down a couple of does. Then Monday through Wednesday I'll be off to the archery section of DeSoto National Wildlife Refuge, while he's in school.
