Anybody had any dealings with thees folks.

I have and I am more than a little disappointed.

I figured to give 'Deer Dander' a try.

Cabelas was on back order, couldn't find it on the WWW.

Figured I would just get it from Team Fitzgerald.

Placed the order on line - Price was fair.

3 weeks goes by and no DD.

I send an E-mail

3 days goes by -No reply

I send another E-mail

3 days goes by i make a call -get a machine - I tell the machine I am trying to get a status check on order # xxxxx.

2 days go by and I talk to the machine again - Tired of this I E-mail again.

I talk to the machine 5 more times - Nothing.

On the 8th try someone answers the machine - Eureka !!!!!!!!

I ask if they can check on my order and was told that they didn't have any way to do that.

I said "you have the order #, surely you can see if it has been invoiced".

'No, No , Thats a lot of trouble'.

"If you don't get it in a couple days call me back, maybe we can find out about it then".

Three days later the 2 bottles show up - Better late than never.

I open the box and the bottles are fine, and the stuff DOES smell like a wet deer.

I am starting to feel better.

I take a look @ the invoice and they charged me $12.95 for shipping for 8 ounces of product !!!!

I look at the box (shipped USPS) and the stamp on the box says $3.95 postage !

So they charged me $9 to put it in the box !!!!!!

I am starting to steam.

Next day I call them first thing and ask them about warranty's.

I was told 100% satisfaction guaranteed , No problem.

I told them that I thought they ripped me off on the shipping and was going to send the stuff back.

I was told they would credit my card for the product BUT I was out the shipping costs BOTH ways.

Says I - 'Let me get this strait - 100% Satisfaction guaranteed - right'

'Yes'

'And I am not happy with the shipping costs, So I am NOT 100% Satisfied'

'Yes'

'So you really are going to do nothing for me' .

'We are going to refund your money for the defective product'.

'The product isn't defective, your shipping dept is'.

'Sir when we receive the product, your account will be credited for the product only, no shipping costs. - Thank you for trying Team Fitzgerald products'

I flushed their crap down the toilet and kept the box for a trophy.

i ordered a couple of videos from them and it took about a month for them to come in. Another month passed by and i recieved another video that was one of the videos i had order and they had a sticky note on it saying they would send the other video when they had more made. Since I had already recieved BOTH of the videos i tried giving them a call and never could get anyone. Another month passed by and i got the other video. Still could get no answer from them when i tried to call.

I didn't know these yahoos were still around or anyone was evening supporting them by buying any of their products.

I have heard many, many awful things about their customer service...funny, I have never heard anything good. I want some deer dander as well, but I am unwilling to purchase it from them. They say when you are at the checkout on their website that shipping is I think $6.95 for the first either lb, or product...then went up to about $12.95. That is ridiculous. The product is definitely not worth that!
