Default NOVA Bow Shop & Bow Vibration Issues

My bow seems suddenly to be vibrating in my hand when I release much more than it did just a week ago, and it's throwing off my groupings. The only change I have made to my setup was cutting off the peep tube where it was rotting and reconnecting the now slightly shorter tube. The peep still lines up fine, and I can't imagine that would do it, but would appreciate any ideas from those of you who know more about bows than I do (which is probably most of you). I'm using a Darton Storm set (I think) at about 58 lbs (out of a possible 60).

Also, for this and other reasons, I am trying to find a bow shop (non-chain) in the Northern Virginia area. I know a guy with a bow shop near where I hunt, but that is 2 hours away (with no traffic). I like him, but it's a part-time venture for him out of his basement, etc., so he can be hard to pin down in any case, and with the 2 hour drive...

Thanks for any help anyone can provide.
