Default New Strings

How much does it cost to get my strings replaced. I have a Hoyt Intruder and the strings are starting to get frayed around the cams. I assume this is not a good thing. I had a tune up in December and got everything checked and waxed. They told me the strings would have to be replaced soon.

It has a 55# and 29" draw length.

Thanks guys

I spent around $80 (I think) for a string and cables from vapor trail.

dam. I hope thats more cables then string my string needs replacing. I did not even put it in my hunting budget i figured 20 or 30 bucks setup at gander. . It might get a wax and used another year. Which it could the idea of replacing it was more care as to advoid a issue later.

I got my Vapor Trails from Dan at MeanV. 65 bucks for the string and Cables and 20 bucks to have them put on. Small price for not having a string break in full draw.

strings can get expensive, I use Winner's Choice strings and they're about $60 for the string and $60 for the cable.
