Default HELP!!! My bow is vibrating!

So I was at the range today and really started to notice some vibration noise. I started tapping my bow until I found the source of the noise. See picture. Not sure what it is, something to do with the cam though. Is there a simple way to fix this? I am planing on hunting with it in the morning.
