Default bbd/video

I had a chance to go do some hunting on my own tonight(son was at religion class) and decided to set up on the field we had seen the good buck a few days ago.I told myself I wasn't shooting anything but a decent buck tonight but you know how it goes when they just keep giving you oportunities.

I had already let one pass in the exact same spot and shot angle. This one did not get so lucky.I ranged her at 38 yards and she took 1 step before I got the shot off.I did hit a touch high, about 2" from where the shot broke and I spined her.Not sure if it was the 2 yards,or her dropping at the shot or if I just missed a couple inches but regardless, she went down.

Strange thing was it was about an hour before dark so I decided to hunt untill 15 minutes before dark and ended up having to run deer out of the field. When I started out to her,the coyotes had already smelled her(second shot to finish her caught guts on the way to the lungs, not on video) and had started creeping up through the weeds to her.I had to run them off as well.

In my pic you can see how sweaty I was.I hurried back to the 4 wheeler to get her out before the yotes got back and did a quick field dress,so I am pretty much beat in the pic.

Short video of the kill.
I wish I had zoomed in before the shot but I am new to the video stuff.

Sorry about the typo, this new sight won't let us change it either.

Maybe a mod will change it to bdd for me.

I have to say the Ultimate Camo worked flawlessly again. They never new I was there and even after the shot, they couldn't find me and a couple even came back out looking around but still they couldn't find me.

I did have the light weight jacket on when I shot her.
