Default Deer skull found while squirrel hunting..

I found this deer skull this morning while squirrel hunting..
I would think it has to be from last year, it is completely rotted away..suprised the tree rats havent ate it up .. One that I wont have a chance at..9-16 rats & deer.jpg

It is thoughly rotten, no flesh left and skin is like leather, but the skin still has hair on it..It is kind of weird, but I wish I could of seen him come past my stand in 2 weeks..

I have always wanted to find something like that.

Also, are the two on the left fox squirrels?

Nice pick up skull. I have been out Squirrel hunting twice this year and of the 8 I have taken, 7 were Fox Squirrels. Seems they tend to hang in the creek bottoms and the Grays stick to the higher ground. I like that trick Ruger 10/22 also!
