Default Lumenocks....

my friends shoot them and i like them and being able to see them and see your shot and to find a lost arrow so i got one today....put it in and it turned on and i had trouble getting it out so i had to take the whole thing out....didnt want to break it....how do i get it turned off without taking it out?? also is it really easy to find after shot?...hit or miss on the animal...in the dirt or weeds....just curious....lost 2 arrows yesterday and am now down to 4..

IMO, You would be better off looking at the tracer nocks. The lumenoks are turned on by inertia whereas the tracers come on when the nock passes a magnet on the riser. The tracers light lasts quite a while longer too.

x2 i switched this year and am glad I did the lumenocks dont last long when being pushed in and out all of the time good product but the tracers are far superior

I use both lumenoks and tracers. to turn off the lumenok just hold the arrow and pull on it a little bit it should turn off. Both are ok I really don't mknow which one to tell you to use they both work and sometimes they both don't work. What I do know is that they will both help you to follow the flight of your arrow allow you to see the hit. Also arrow recovery is alot easier. If you shoot in the day you may not find it but go out at low light you should find it. I hid one yesterday about 8.30 am and went to look just before dark and it was right there. One thing I do now is only use them when hunting not at practice why take a chance at breaking one at 10 dollars apiece Jerry
