Default form--the lost art with fall away rests

Wow, I just switched from a trophy ridge drop zone to an octane hostage pro rest. I never noticed how my shooting form was suffering when I had the fall away. With the hostage rest, my bad form is easy to spot when I shoot. Getting a little tail action on my arrow from falling out of my form to soon. It never showed itself with the fall away. I guess that is another advantage of the fall way, a little more forgiving. This will give me something to work on these next few weeks.
