Default Cutting Diameter

When it all comes down to it, which broadhead has the biggest cutting diameter. Having an argument with a co-worker. He thinks his 2-blade "rage" broadhead creates more hemorrhaging. I think my 1" 4-blade tricks do. That give me 4 inches of cutting diameter. If im wrong let me know and I'll never bash rage again.

I am a newbie but i would think the rages diameter would be bigger because the diameter is the distance across from one point to another

Your right, I guess I wanted to know which broadhead is going to cause more hemorrhaging. The four "1 inch slick trick" or the 2-blade rage

Cutting surface - The rage has 2" of cutting surface and your ST has 2" of cutting surface. The rage cuts with one 2" line while the ST cuts with 2 1" lines. They have the same amount of cutting surface.

Bruce is right. Go with the Slick Trick Mags, or a bigger fixed blade, and you beat the rage in CUTTING SURFACE. Cutting diameter, whole 'nother story.

As to which one will cause more hemmoraging..... the sharper one that goes where it is supposed to go.

Neither one of them are worth a damn in the dirt... though I suspect the ST will hold up better when taking on the forrest floor.... your chances of pulling a Jed Clampet are about the same either way.

I'll take my chances on the one that goes all the way through the deer.
