Default Diamond Razor's Edge Bow?

My girlfriend and I were at the bow store and had her trying bows out. Does anyone shoot this bow or know anything about it? This will be her first bow (unless someone convinces me otherwise) and it seems like good quality and has an incredible amount of adjustment to it. Any other suggestions maybe in the $300 range?

The Razors Edge is a very nice bow. One that will do anything she asked of it. It has very nice performance and at a price a lot of people can live with.
It is a great value in an excellent bow!!

Best bow you could get your GF in my opinion. I bought my Gf her first bow in January. After shooting 4 different models, she went with the Razor Edge. Broad spectrum as far as poundage is concerned and great quality for this level of bow.

Awesome thanks for the replies. Yeah she tried out 4 different ones as well, and I shot all 4 just to give my input and I think the Razor Edge will be the one she can have for a LONG time and not outgrow or get "too good" for. Thanks for your replies!

My wife shoots an '09 Razors Edge and it performs very well. Shortly after getting her bow, we were invited to shoot a semi-private 3D by the local shop. She out-shot 3 of the 7 in our group.

My wife just got a Mission Menace...great bow! Never shot the Razor's Edge, and have heard good things concerning it. The Menace is in that price range, and is very versatile as well concerning draw length and #age. Adjusts from 17-30" and 16-52 #'s without a bow press. Peak weight depends on draw length it is set at. She is very happy with hers. Just in case you want to have her shoot one, but you can't go wrong with the Razor's Edge either.
