range finders

what is a good but cheap range finder. i want it to be reliable. i will be using it for bowhunting. thanks

I've used Bushnell and Nikon rangefinders and have been satisfied with both. If I buy again it will be a Bushnell.

The Nikon 550 is the way to go, its fairly cheap and works extremely well. I have a Leupold RXII and i can honestly say the Nikon is more effective(friends and dad have the nikon). And you really only need the angle stuff like the archers choice/Leupold with TBR if you hunting steep country and taking long shots. Dont be fooled into thinking you need that stuff for hunting flat to rolling ground with relatively close shots.
