Default G5 Tekans?

There is alot of talk about Rage but hardly anything about this head. Does anyone have any experience with it? How do you like it?

My dad uses the Tekken IIs, old model in his Horton xbow. and it does a great job! Nice, short blood trails and a tough head.

They look like they are tough. They seem like they would hold up better then the Rage.

I bought them last year and they tell the truth when they say that the head will shoot just like a fieldpoint. I didnt get a deer with them last year but my two friends that have gotten deer with them say they leave devastating holes. The only thing i dont like about them is their not quiver friendly and since they do open with very very little force, twigs and grass open them when ur walking.

I have some friends who use them, but most are switching to Rage

Thanks guys. I have a couple Rage to try. The Tekans kind of caught my eye though.

I personally would go with the Tekans. I like the tip better, much tougher if you hit bone.

I am hoping to pick a pack of the Tekans up to try. I gave the Rages to my wifes grandpa to shoot out of his crossbow.

Do you think with the ease of opening I will be ok shooting Tekans out of a 60 lb 28'' draw Guardian with 415 gr FMJs? 25-30 yards is my max.
