Default Attracting Bucks

I've been having a heck of a time trying to find a place to hunt and so far have came up short. My parents do own 260 acres though but it doesn't have much cover, mostly just a couple hedgerows that have a decent bit of cover. I put a trail cam out and got some pics mostly does. I know there are some big bucks in the area i just need to do something to get them onto our land. Anybody got any tips on what I can do? I'am getting ready to plant a Biologic plot within a week or two.

Could you lease the property to croppers? If you can cover that land with corn and beans, the big boys will be there.
