Default ? about figuring Kenetic Energy

when your figuring your arrow weight do you include the weight of the head you use.

Yes, the total mass of the projectile would be used in the equation.

next question thats pretty good right

What rig are you shooting??? Gotta be a speed bow right? Either that or high poundage...
