So here it is, my first scouting footage of the year, set to music Fran style (though i believe i did it first YEARS ago ). Unlike the king however, im not violating copyright laws, which means no Linkin Park, Green day or Britney Spears [:@]
The first video shows a STUD young buck (either a 1 or 2 year old) with 7 points and a split brow tine. He's got the non-typical genes from the area without a doubt. The 2nd video shows two bucks. Both look to be at least 3, with the one having ALOT more growth then the other. The big one already has some killer brow tines and crazy mass. He also seems to have an injury on his right side (Antlers look normal though). He seems to fit the clean 8 point mold that the area is known for. Altogether we saw probably 8-9 bucks. We filmed another one that was around 500 yards out that was passed the ears, but the video isnt up to par. We also saw a bunch of 1 year old bucks getting their first set of antlers. It was a good first night.

First off,nice video. Secondly, your selling that second buck way short. I believe he is going to suprise you. I hope your able to follow him this upcoming month. Lastly, nice tune!
The buck to the left in the still pics? Oh i know hes gonna be a good one, he just hasnt developed all the way yet. The deer are in all different stages around here right now.

No,no,no.... the bruiser. Your just predicting that he is going to be a 3 1/2 main frame 8pt. I think he may be a little better than that when it's all said and done.

Well see what the cards have in store, we filmed these two again tonight, got some better footage of the smaller buck.

filmed a bachelor group of bucks and a few does, then the 2 big ones again. After that we filmed and saw our first yearlings and then glimpsed another big buck starting to show some potential.
