Breaking nocks is starting to make me mad

I broke my 5th nock the other night and its starting to make me mad. I have three targets out now when I shoot. Two deer and a block. I have 6 arrows and I only shoot two at each target but I still managed to break a nock.

Do you guys go through nocks fast?

You're doing the right by splitting up your targets...

I'm sick of it too...Back in the day when I shot aluminium with nocks that were glued on I never had a problem...they were tough....nowadays....with carbons....Its crazy....I'm losing vanes and nocks all the time....

One shot, one kill. Or many kills on one target.

Shooting kind of stinks for me because I like to shoot groups because it shows a little accuarcy. But it means I have a greater chance of breaking vanes, nocks, or the shafts even. Usually my first arrow im aiming somewhere in the vital area and then the other shots are trying to get within 2-3 inches of the first arrow. My targets are really getting shot up. Lol my older target is about to split in half. Ill have to take a picture of it tomorrow. Its quite funny. I've had it since the first day I got my first bow which was 5 years ago.

Yea I hate breaking nocks! I did the same thing, I have one buck target 1 bag target and 1 other cheapo target. I shoot 1 arrow at the buck target and shoot the rest of my arrows at the spots on the bag target. Instead of shooting good, I would have to shoot really bad to break a nock now....[&:]

I shoot spots. It gets too expensive otherwise.

One arrow at each spot on the target....groups are only fun if your buddy shoots before you and gives you something to aim at.

There could be worse problems..... I don't feel sorry for any of you at all, cause I don't have that problem...haha
