Default trophy taker arrow rest

I just bought one of these and installed it on my parker wildfire xp it is a cheaper version that is fully enclosed, I was just wondering if this is still as reliable as the higher end trophy takers and was also wondering if it is better to use the cable clamp that comes with it or to directly attach it to my cable? the instuctions say that you can do either just wondering which would be better......

I serve an inch above the cable and about 1/4 below it. I can duplicate this if I need to - which I believe is more reliable and easier on the cables than the clamp. My Trophy Taker has been on my bow for a year and I have had no problems. Don't know about the low/high end models.

I also have had one on for a year and had no problems. I like the fully enclosed for OPERATOR ERR. The arrow can fall fully off the scoop and when you draw, it comes back to the middle. The only timeI don't like it is when I do a 3-D pop-up tournament as it is a little slower loading then my old whisker buiscut. I will have a used buiscuit for next winters tournaments. Great rest.
