Default dumb question....

alright guys, i have a simple but dumb question. i'm trying to back off the poundage on my bow. it has 70 lb limbs and i want to get it down to around 66. how many turns of the limb bolts equal 1 pound roughly? thanks in advance...

edit: its a bowtech, if that makes a difference...

Every model is going to be different I beleive. Only way to know is have a scale and check as you go.... Make sure you turn each bolt the SAME amount of turns as the other. WCL

Exact numbers will vary but usually close to 1.5lbs per 1 full turn..make sure to back both limbs off equally.

Does it matter if you do one side 3 turns then the other side 3 turns? Or does it have to be 1 on each limb until 3 on both limbs is achieved?

I'd just do one turn at a time.

The only dumb question is the one that doesn't get asked.
