Default Releases and Quiver

I am new to archerynever shot a bow in my life. I just bought a Reflex Excursion bow. It does not have a quiver, any recommendations. Also I would like to learn to shot the bow using a release. Any recommendations to what kind to use?
Most important any recommendations for person who is just learning to shoot a bow?

Default RE: Releases and Quiver

Scott makes some great releases for the money. I personally shoot a Carter 2 Shot, but the Scotts are fine releases at a few less $. I like The Alpine Soft Loc quiver, and the Octane Quivers including the new Bantam weight quiver.
