Default QAD tune-a-nok

Does anyone have experience with these? I hear that they could increase your speed by 2fps to 4fps. I know that's probably insignificant but it all adds up when you throw in other factors. How is there functionality? Are you pleased with them?

They work fine. It is a way to cut down weight on the back end also.
