Default Thumb Release

How much is a cheap thumb release going to run me?

I just want to check it out. The only thing I know I want is for it to be able to lock onto the loop.

Thanks

Tom

Tru-ball ST-3. Hunt and shoot target with it. I picked mine up on AT for a little over $80.

Are there any disadvantages to hunting with a thumb release?
