It is posted 02/18/09 up left hand corner of the page so it is active. Whethere it is old news or not it is still is great news to pass on expecially when this particular bow is hot right now. I have not heard anything until this posting.......

I believe bowtech did a recall awhile back and now this is just the gov stepping in.
