Default New arrows!

Well, I got my new flatlines in the mail today. I took a few minutes tonight to fletch a few up with some rayzr feathers. What do you guys think. I've been wanting to try these arrows since I began hearing about them from easton. I haven't got a chance to shoot 'em yet, but I will let you know how they perform. The new microlite nock and insert system seems pretty sweet. Together they only weigh 17.5 grains. Heres a pic.

Spine tested a few of these last week- had some issues with the spine tester at first and thought the arrows were horrible, but we then realized it was not the arrows, got the spine tester in order, and they spined VERY well.

Nice looking arrows!

with a 27" shaft and a 100grain point I am right around 328-330 grains. Thats with the rayzrs at 1.7 grains and I figured 6.5 grains for my wraps

Default RE: New arrows!

Got a chance to mess with the arrows a little today. First I put them on the scale, they weighed in at 332 grains. My allegiance at 28" and 64#s pushed them through the chronograph at 308 fps. That was a 3 shot average. I was amazed. My old CX maxima 350s weighed in at 356 grains and I could only get 291 out of them. I really believe the microlite speed nocks on the eastons make a difference. I put one on the maxima and shot it again and the chrono went from 291 up to 297, so by just changing out the nocks I picked up 6 fps with the old arrows. I thought that was amazing. Anyway, I just thought I would give a quick update of some of the numbers I got today.
