RE: Blitzenberger and Blazers?
I've used my Bitz fletching dozens of Blazer vaned arrows.
No problems here!

They fletch just fine. Just started doing my own fletching, and this is my exact setup.

I use a bitz with blazers, no issues at all. I would set it up so the vane has a about a 2 degree offset. Always worked for me.

RE: Blitzenberger and Blazers?
I know of no fletching a Bitz can't handle. It is the best for a reason.
I used one of mine last night for some 4H arrows for our club. Wasn't blazers but There should be plenty of hieght on the clamps for the taller vanes like bazers. Hadn't thought of it until now but that's the only thing I can think of that may be a problem. Obviously by others replies, it isn't an issue. Actually I have fletched arrows with full hieght feathers for flu flus and it worked fine. If it will handle them it should handle any.
I recently refletched 6 carbon epress arrows with NAP quick fletch Quickspin ST's. They are a bit pricey but worked great. They are about the same size as blazers. I plan to get some anytime I head on a hunting trip away from my local area. May prove handy if you mess up some of your arrows.
