How often do you shoot your bow 3-4 times a week I shoot mine 5 times a week.

I think about 50-65 degrees is the best time to shoot, no bugs, mosquitoes, and the benefits are its cold so you get to drink some more coffee.

Everyday. Even if it's just in the basement working on form.

No practicing for me during the winter unless I'm out rabbit hunting. In the summer and fall months I'll shot anywhere from 300 to 500 arrows a week with my recurve. I love shooting a traditional bow so It makes It that much easier to go out and practice.

Sometimes I get lazy a couple times a month but for the most part I always practice.

Each night about 200 times I pull back my bow for about a minute and a half, but that is either on days where i shoot and still have lots of energy or days when I don't get to shoot.

Not enough!!I usually hit it real hard about a month before the season. Every day for an hour or 2.

Starting around March I will start shooting about 3 days a week.Around August I begin picking it up to around 5-6 days a week, and then finally a month out in September I shoot virtually every single day. In January and February I may only shoot once a week or so, of that.
