Default Guardian or 82nd?

I currentley have a 07 Guardian and I am looking at getting a 09 82nd. I just don't know if I want to make the trade. For those of you that have shot both or owned both which do you prefer? I will do alot more shooting to compare for myself but I am curious to see what everyone else thinks.

i have never shot the guardian, but the 82nd is a shooter, very solid back wall, quiet, fast...i would have to say it is the ultimate hunting bow, you will get alot of opinions on this one...alot of bowtech shooters on here...

I have shot the Guardian, but have never owned one. It was a very nice shooting bow........however.....I LOVE my 82nd....it is the smoothest bow I have ever shot, besides the Guardian and General, but the 82nd has a HUGE speed advantage over them...i think it is worth going to the 82nd, but....there is nothing wrong with the Guardian either...

Having owned both, I significantly prefer the 82nd.

The Guardian is a much better bow hunting rig imo due to the smooth draw cycle. I own both. I prefer a smooth no hump draw for my main bowhunting rig. Both gr8 bows...guardian is just sweet as u well know. Go shoot an 82nd. I am a treestand hunter 99% of the time and I don't need 300 fps for that. I just had the best season of my life with the Guardian. If I had to let my 82nd back down smoothly and quietly at full draw...I don't know if I could. That cam wants to go if you even come out of the back wall a 1/4". GONE!!

I have owned and spent a season hunting with both. I also prefer the 82nd. Very quiet, will wad the arrows, and delivers the package with authority.

The Guardian was a nice bow, but if I had to choose I'm going with my 82nd everytime.

Thanks guys I shot the 82nd some more and I think I am staying with the Guardian i really like it and I am very comfortable shooting it.
I agree with you Hardcore on the draw and I to hunt mostly treestands with shots of 30 yards and under so I don't need the extra speed. I am going to shoot the Air Raid as soon as the shop gets one in.
