Default Being Employed Again

SUCKS! (Other than the income part). Worked all last week, or to be accurate spent my first week of four in training, and realized there isn't enough hours in a week to get stuff done. Get up at 5:00 AM to get ready for work. Drive there and then spend the next 9 hours sitting in a classroom, and then drive back to get home between 6:00 and 6:30 PM. By then it's dark and all this past week so cold it had brass monkeys running for cover! I re-hurt my shoulder Thursday night getting rid of a 4' snowdrift on the drive and ended up having to see a Dr Friday morning. After reminding me that I am not 20 years old anymore, he said we'll have to wait and see how it heals. Being such a great listener, I have been outside all weekend cutting up downed trees from the Tuff Bow Course. Istill have a ton more to cut. That's pretty much all that gives me hope for the rest of the winter.

Even though I am back in the rat race and so far not enjoying it, I thank the Lord daily for giving me this chance to hang on to this property, my health, and my life.

This is what's really important Mark. All of that other stuff is simply more BS that life sometimes throws our way. You'll be just fine, especially when the Gov starts sending some pention checks your way. Like my grandpop (God rest his soul) used to tell me,"keep punching son"!

I guess I missed it too, but oh well, humor is all in the mind anyway.
