I say fair chase...I've never ever seen a fenced in Moose hunt. And I've killed Moose. I can see this happening for sure. I say its a guy that had a camera running at a moment of a life time.

Yea..it's fair chase. I have seen that video b4. Pretty cool. When you are as big as they are..you fear nothing at times.
