Default important question

ok, my bow was making a creaking sound when i pulled back, so i was in my basement trying to see what it was. so i just pulled it back with my fingers and i accidently dry fired. no damage i think just the string is frayed. its a a pse bow madness, should i take it to cabelas or can i ship to main pse dealer

You can do either. I would suggest taking it to a local pro shop and have them check it over. The frayed string might be the only obvious damage. You could have bent axles or cracked a limb without being aware of it.

I'd get it checked out before you shot it again for sure. If you've got a STS on it then that might have saved the bow from blowing up. If nothing else, I'd bet you're peep is oblong now. Not sure what you mean by a frayed string, but if ANY strands busted, replace it.

Why would it cost anything. I'm pretty certain that PSE bows are warranted, right?

They would still replace it even if it's been dry fired?

I don't think any bow is warrantied from dry fires.
