Now this is where its at.

Tonights dinner. Venison back straps with a fine Mongolian Sauce and green onion. And a shot of Merlot[8D]

This meal is unreal...I pound the venison and make it even more tender...I add a touch of my own cayenne red pepper....season and share...

A nice Michigan doe....tender....ready to go!

I learned to try different things...if you explore and think of everything you eat with beef and supliment venison....you will make yourself proud and appreciate what vension can do.

Surf around for marinades at the grocery store....

I use to live on tacos and vension chili, sausage and jerky.

I've taken it to the next level in the last few years..its been fun!

I'm a poor college kid.

I think I can probably be considered a carnivore. My diet, while at school consists of venison, bear, beef and beer.
