Only 9 more months unitl I do it all again

It ended for me today until September of next year. No bucks for me this year, first time in four years. Saw plenty of BBs and spikes so the future looks good. Had my last hunt with the Bowtech today, and came close to drawing last blood, but I ran out of light. I am glad to get 2008 outta the way though. Bittersweet feeling right now, dont know what Ill do to take up my spare time in the afternoons, guess I gotta buckle down in school now.

Could be a lot worse. Could have fallen from a stand, could have taken something that you would not be proud of, could have hit one and lost it. Go shoot some indoor shoots. 3D is awesome. Also, set a goal for target shooting. For example, I am shooting for a 300 round on a five spot. Had several 298s with 40-43 xs but not a 300. I think most of it is in my head. I talk myself into a 4 every time.Good luck in school. Stick with it because it is definitely worth it!

I have Spring Turkey in KS the 1st of April. I also will start my Fall seasons this year Aug. 15th

Can not wait i had to stop due to a few issues about a month ago. Can not wait either just wonder how much it will cost this year. Properly alot seeing how i need a new stand mine got stolen and i need a muzzleloader and a range finder theres 2k.

I won't look past Spring Gobbler season either but archery whitetail is 10 months away for me.

I have 3 weeks left, about. Then itll be predator calling until March, which starts 3 months of turkey madness. Then Ill bowfish all summer long on my rig until August starts off big game bowhunting again. September brings KY whitetails and it starts all over again.

I love every step of the cycle far too much to wish it all away for the next step. Bowhunting is far and away my favorite, but I wouldn't give up turkey hunting or bowfishing for anything (oddly enough, both include bowhunting[&:][8D])

Funny this post came up. Last night when I went to bed I was thinking " Only three weeks left to hunt then I can do it again in Sept." I promised myself I am going to give turkey hunting a go this year alsoto help take up some of the slack.

I am definetly turkey hunting in a few months, had a great brood here this winter from the spring hatch, got my job in the summer as a charter boat mate, and I am addicted to Duck Hunting now, I thought bow hunting was expensive, but man duck hunting racks up the dollars Quick.
