Default DEER SUFFERS GRUESOME DEATH

Has anyone ever seen this before? What a sad sight it was in person.

I'm curious as what your thoughts are on this.

Deer suffers gruesome death article (click here)

Nature is beautiful, but it can go the other way in a hurry.

Like you said, as beautiful as nature can be, there is a lot of horror out there as well.

Makes dieing from a hunters arrow or bullet seem almost humane. Looks like the scavengers finished the job.

I think we all know what you mean by this JM, but it doesnt sound too good. It makes it sound like we or you feel we are inhumane by hunting.

yes as bad as it looks nothing goes to waste,(its a toutching thing to see)one animals fall is another animals rise. I took a walk to a local canel to do some pike fishing last weekend with my 5 year old daughter, we counted 24 dead sheep about half had been picked clean, some were left untouched/ apart from the soft tissue, ive never seen so many dead sheep in one small area since the foot and mouth kull,That deer looks a way out on that ice, ive seen them stomping the thin ice around the edges of ponds and lakes!definately gets your mind going.

Do you think a coyote caught it out on the ice?

Steve, I do not think so. Very possible, I guess. But why would a coyote drag it out there?
