HEY PA ARCHERY HUNTERS,

JUST WONDERING HOW EVERYBODI DID IN ARCHERY SEASON. I HUNT IN SCHUYLKILL COUNTY, IF ANYBODY GOT ANYTHING IN MY COUNTY, PLEASE POST, AND WITH PICS IF POSSIBLE

I wish I had something to post. Other than a doe early early in the season, I had a terrible season. Not for lack of deer, I had plenty of those around. I just had a lot of stupid things happen this year. Getting busted moving in the tree, crazy swirling winds, etc. It was just one of those years.

Oh well, I guess I can't say it was ALL terrible. I was hunting.

I dominated the Pennsylvania archery season. As usual.

I will be holding an autograph session tomorrow from six to nine.

Took a doe in Allegheny County during the early doe season and a 7pt on December 10. Both with a bow due to the fact that you can't hunt with a gun in my borough.

Now back to thethread topic. My Pa season has leftMUCH to be desired. The rut in my area (WMU 5-D) was all but non-existent. I've only killed one small doe so far.[&o]

not in your area....but very slow on my side of the state for the most part...

seen some young bucks and let a legal half rack walk the first week....

the rut in my area was a sleeper....im STILL waiting for it to start

had to break out the boomstick...
