Hey ive been running through about 20 pages of the back posts trying to find it, but what was the really good jerky recipe that everyone likes, i cant find that post so help me out if ya got it thanks all.

You are right. I make one real close to that one, except I use brown sugar instead of honey. I am going to print that one up and try soon. Thanks for brining it to my attention.

That recipe has both brown sugar AND honey ... if I were to drop one sweet, it would be the honey ..... oh yeah, I use dark brown sugar ..there is more molasses in it ..
