Default Where they end up

Sometimes they end up in the thickest nastiest stuff. Other times they aren't in the thinks stuff. I shot one a few years 4-5 years ago that fell in the driveway. I blood trailed her untill she went through some thick stuff. I went around and looked up the driveway to see this....

If only my truck was closer...LOL

anyone else have them end up in weird spots?

Thats so cool! I have never had a deer die in a place like that. They ALWAYS die in the thickest stuff they can find. I had a doe last year that I shot in the middle of a feild run to a straight down ditch. And no, she couldn't of died at the top-middle of it (that would of been too easy), she had to die at the VERY BOTTOM of the ridge. It sucked.

Mine always run the opposite way of the truck and in to the thickest nastiest stuff on the place.

I had 1 run out to the road and get hit by a car. My arrow still in it. The lady that hit it broke her nose when the airbag went off.

The norm is to die in the worst possible place for you to get them out. However I had one die about 30 yards from my truck once. The easiest drag of my life

My brother shot one this year, behind my aunt's house. The deer ran about 60 yards, and tried to circle back through the yard to where she was shot. She died rightbelow my aunt's deck[8D]

Well normaly mine end up being a pretty long drag. I pulled this one out of the way and walked up and got my truck.

She was headed off the property but didn't make it.
