Looks good but why don't u trim all of the fat and membrane off before you freeze or prepare the meat? It tastes better without that junk flavoring the meat.

Had some tacos tonight from my doe #3 they were great. It never gets old eating something that you took yourself.

Are those crushed hot pepper flakes? If so, I eat those on pretty much everything [8D]

Trimming the white of leaves the meat less "chewy" as well.
