Default Alpha Max 32. (some Numbers)

Today I went to shoot the alpha max 32 at the local dealer, I got mine in 50-60# and its peak weight out of the box was 65#. Here's the numbers it shot maxed out.

380 grain arrow, 284 FPS

325 Grain arrow, 301 fps.

Overall I was very impressed with how smooth it was how light it was and how fast it was. QUIET ohh my god quiet. And a Guy i know shot this bow a few times at 5 yards no sight no peep just flinging some to get a feel for it. Robbinhooded one. Yeah.

Ryan.

Glad your happy with the AM 32. I shot the 32, AM 35, Katera andKatera XL last week and theAM 32 was super quiet.

I will be picking up my AM 35 tommorow evening and setting it up and tuning it Thursday.

I am VERY SURPRISED that a new Hoyt is pulling 5# overweight. My last 5 or 6 were usually dead on but that might be a case of going to the modular system. What was your draw length?

I like the feel of the 35 in hand more... but the thing has a valley as shallow as an X-Force [:'(]. The 32 seems to have a bit more valley and a good wall too. Not the quietest bow on the block... but being a hoyt I'll bet you could use it as an anvil and still drill the X ring at 60 yards.

SwampCollie..........I agree with the feel of the 35 in hand. It just feels real stable.I like the shallow valley though. I like the fact that when you hit the back wall, you know your there.
