It's 19deg outside...and I just can't do it (go hunting)....lol.

I keep telling myself I might see a piebald....or an albono doe.....black belly sheep....chupacabra....but it isn't working (mentally).

I even tried to tell myself I might get a peek at a big buck. That's all it took for me to roll back over.[8D]

I'll go in the afternoon.....when I don't have to put the Michelin Man suit on.

LOL! It sure is hard to stay motivated in cold weather during the late season. Hopefully when I get off work here in the next couple hours I can make the 4 hour trip home for an afternoon hunt as well! Good luck this afternoon!

Im right there with you.I cant findmany COLD weather clothes for bow hunting, everything is big and bulky. Granted cold to me would probably be sweating weather for some people a little further north. But when it hits 20degrees outside I am much better suited watching them in the back yard eating breakfast at the kitchen table, withthe wood stove burnin.

im getting up now. Its 18 degrees here in New jersey. With the wind chill bringing it down to 10. Can't bow hunt right now so im bringing the scatter gun

Blind makes the cold more tolerable; knocks off some / most of the wind and your feet are on the ground instead of a metal platform.

just got off work and the roads are a sheet of ice, 3 schools closed for the day. Guess I'll wait till later in the week, supposed to rain tonight and tomorrow anyway.
