Default Arrows and a new sight

For 09 i want to pick up a new set of arrows. I want them for hunting. My pull is 69 pounds my arrows are 29 1/2 inchs i think . I want them for deer and maybe turkey. I do not want something real light that might hurt my bow or not have enough energy. Something a little heavy is OK with me.
I was thinking carbon express maxima but not sure what size to buy.

I am also wanting to get a new sight for my reflex.I was thinking about the avia micro adjustment sight by Hoyt.

Default RE: Arrows and a new sight

Here is an in the middle suggestion, not to heavy not to light. Im using Victory arrows 354 grain including 100 grain points of my liking some say to light but if shot placement is good it will kill all day long. My set up is a Guardian 65 lbs, It has blown through Deer, half in and half out for turkeys with a Rage (perfect for turkeys IMO) And this mornings yote. If it hadnt caught in the ground 3/4 of the way out it would have been a slick pass through to.Yote + Ground + shoulder joint = broken arrow sights, i love my Sword's very durable and great pin glow.
