Thought I'd pass this along....
Dont know If any of you guys do this, but I like to get about 2' of fiber optic for each pin, and run it through some clear tubing around my sight bracket. Makes for a very bright .010 pin. I found a site that has fiber optic for under $2 a yard, and the tubing for about 75 cents a foot. I ordered 3 yards of fiber, and had it to my door for under $10.

I always thought that fiber optics were very cool, the way that they can conduct information and data, and light in this case is really incredible. Light can come in from any angle to the fiber optic and be conducted to the end of it..impressive stuff

Yep, used to do that too before I finally put Hogg Wraps on all five of my Spot Hoggs... I think I've still got a ton of fiber optic in a package in my archery room somewhere.

RE: Thought I'd pass this along....
I have a question... Im pretty sure you can't, but I'll ask anyway, Can you fill a .019 pin with .010 fiber?
And don't you have to sort-of singe the end to make it really bright?
(I need to replace a fiber, and I know nothing about them... hence the questions)
