Default Liberal deer units..

In the area of TN I hunt the past three years or so they have allowed 3 deer a day, only one of which can be a buck, with a 3 buck a year limit(All Season). Granted noone is going to kill the 100 something does in a year, but it pretty much allows you to shoot as many deer as you want. I think this is good for the units buck to doe ratios, as more doesare being harvested.. but I am curious as to the reason why a state would come up with such a liberal idea. Car insurance lobbyists maybe? Just curious if any other states are doing this, and maybe get some feedback on what you all think of this

Do they have antler restrictions yet, or plans down the road for this? (ie minimum 3 points on one side)

No, no antler restrictions in Zone L where the antlerless limit is 3/day with a type 094 permit or a sportsman's license.
