Default mechanical vs. fixed blade

this is my first year bowhunting so im new to this. i shoot a fred bear lights out with a 28 inch draw length and a 60 # pull. I have yet to harvest a deer with my bow. I will be getting beman ics hunters with blazer vanes in a few days becasue my old redhead arrows are breaking and i lost some. right now i have 100g nap thunderheads xp100 and 100g 2 blade magnus stingers. both of them are in my quiver and my nap's are my primary heads.

i have been hearing so much stuff about rage broadheads and how good they are and i also have been hearing stuff about howe they mess up.

what are the upsides and down sides of mechanical and fixed blade broadheads?
are the broadheads i have good with my setup? if not what heads wuld be good with my setup?

If this is your first year.. stick with the fixed heads.

No need to frustrate yourself and stress over equipment.

Just practice shooting.. ALOT. And keep it simple.

Later down the road.. you can venture into mech. heads.

Those are both great heads, and should work well for you. Rage are fine, but don't get sucked into all the hype. Just stick with what you have, and focus on getting close and making a good shot. Good luck!
