Do a look down through the forum. This question has been posed two to three times in the last week. Tons of answers. Bottom line chew doesnt spook the deer around me. (I live close to towns though)
If you'll be hunting in the rocky mountains 3 miles from civilization you better leave the snuff at home though.

big thing that will get you busted is movement...unless you swallow it, you gotta spit either on the ground or into a bottle...ground is easier..less movement and noise...and ive never seen a deer react negatively too it.....but if you havent been busted by moving, your time will come.

This is where it's at fellas....Red Man Silver Blend..........like a 60 year old man[8D]

I will put a chew in occasionaly on evening hunts, but not often. If I ca leave it in the truck, I will.

I leave it in the truck...or in a pocket I never use...then I usually forget about it till I go through all my pockets!
