Okay boys and girls...here it is! I have 3 days left to chase my monster as I don't get to gun hunt this property. Tommorow morning I am think of hunting this spot knowing that more than likely he will come in down wind from me. That being said. I am hunting a field edge of a 5 acre oak grove. I will be using a doe decoy placed 30-40 yards past me. I have used this set up before but he didn't get the response he wanted from the decoy when grunted at it. So my solution move it farther down rather than set it up in front of me again.
Past that I am washing all my clothes tonite in scent free detergent. Using fresh earth dryer sheets. and putting out doe in heat wafers under my stand to try mask any human odor. Also will spray down with scent killer in the morning.
Am I missing anything? Its the far east stand in the photoie...farthest right
