Default Scoring question

A buddy of mine scored on a really nice 12 point here in west central Wisconsin the other morning, probably go around 150 gross. My question is when scoring multiple points on one tine how do you do it? One of the brow tines is forked and the other one is forked with a kicker. Where just trying to get the gross on this brute, nets are for fish.

Default RE: Scoring question

There's no really easy way to explain it, but think of each tine much like a main beam then the abnormal points are measured off it. The line from where you measure should be imagined as if the beam is whole and where you feel the abnormal comes off. That's not that official by the way, but best I could do verbally.
